How it works

  1. 01

    Send the brief

Pick your glass and quantity and tell us what goes on it. Artwork can follow by email if that is easier.

  2. 02

    We mock it up

We mock up your design on the glass so you can see the size and the placement before anything is engraved. Free, on every order.

  3. 03

    You approve, then pay

Once the mockup is right we confirm the price and the date, and send your invoice. Nothing is engraved before you say yes.

  4. 04

    Engraved and posted

Engraved, checked by hand, tissue-wrapped, gift-boxed and sent Royal Mail Tracked 48, included in the price.

Why the laser matters

Most engraved glass you have seen was cut with a CO₂ laser.

Ours is not. A UV laser works cold and at a much finer spot size, so fine type holds, small crests stay readable, and the frost comes out smooth rather than chipped. It is slower, and it is the reason a 6pt line of text is legible on a shot glass.

On a large logo the difference is subtle. On a crest with thin lines, a set of initials, or a date under a wordmark, it is the difference between something that reads and something that does not.

Beyond a logo on the front

If you can describe it, ask us about it.

Reverse engraving, artwork in two or three positions, individual names across a set, wraparounds on the glasses that will take them. The price list covers a single position on the front, so anything beyond that is quoted per project. Tell us the idea and we will tell you honestly what is possible.

Same for the glass itself. CE-marked and nucleated pints, or something more expensive than our standard stock, can be ordered in on request and priced separately.
