Ask us anything
before you order.
If you already know what you want, the order builder is quicker — it prices the order and sends the brief in one go. Otherwise, email us or use the form. We usually reply the same working day.

Common questions
What artwork do you need?
A vector file is ideal — SVG, AI, EPS or PDF. A high-resolution PNG usually works too. If all you have is a photo of a pump clip or an old sign, send it over and we will redraw it. We do not charge for redraws, however many it takes. There is more detail in the artwork guide.
Do you have a minimum order?
No. One glass is a perfectly normal order. The price per glass falls as the quantity rises, and every price is on the pricing page.
Can I mix different glasses?
Yes. If the same design goes on all of them, they count together once the order reaches 12 glasses, so 30 pints and 20 tumblers with your logo are all priced at 48+. With different designs, each glass type is priced on its own count.
Is the engraving dishwasher safe?
Yes. The engraving is cut into the surface of the glass, so there is nothing to peel, fade or wash off. Commercial glasswashers are fine. Hand washing will keep the glass itself looking newer for longer, but that is true of any glassware.
Can I see one before ordering a full run?
Yes, and we would rather you did. We send a free digital mockup on every order so you can check the size and placement. If you are ordering in real quantity and want one in your hand first, we will engrave a single sample and send it before you commit to the rest.
How long does it take?
We confirm the lead time with your mockup, before you pay, so you always know the date before you commit. Most orders under 48 glasses go out within about a week. Larger runs take longer. If you are working to a deadline, tell us and we will say honestly whether it is possible.
Do your glasses have a stamped measure for serving draught?
Not as standard. To serve draught beer or cider by the pint or half in the UK, the glass has to carry a UKCA capacity mark, and our stock range is unstamped — it is aimed at gifts, merchandise and takeaway sales. If you need stamped glasses for behind the bar, tell us and we will order them in to brief. It is the same engraving on a glass that is legal to serve in. Engraving a line onto an unstamped glass does not make it legal, so we will not do that.
Can you engrave glasses I already buy?
Often, yes. Send us the glass or the product details and we will tell you whether it engraves well — some coatings and some very thin glass do not. We can also source to brief if you have something specific in mind, including CE-marked and nucleated pints.
Can you engrave more than one position, or all the way around?
Yes. Reverse engraving — a second design on the back — has a published guide price per glass, confirmed with your quote. Three or more positions and individual names across a set are quoted per project. Full wraparounds work on some glasses but not all: it is the hardest thing we do, so it is small runs only and we will tell you honestly whether your glass will hold it.
How does delivery work?
Tracked delivery is included in the prices shown, to UK mainland addresses, sent Royal Mail Tracked 48. Faster services are available at cost. Everything is tissue-wrapped and gift-boxed, then packed to survive a courier. Full detail on delivery and returns.
What if a glass arrives broken?
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it. No quibbles and no return postage. We ask for the photo quickly because it tells us whether the parcel was damaged in transit, which is something we need to take up with the courier.
How do I pay?
Once you have approved the mockup we email you a VAT invoice, payable online by card or by bank transfer. There is no deposit and nothing is charged on this website.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes. International delivery is quoted per consignment and paid by the customer. Goods leaving the UK are zero-rated for UK VAT, with any import VAT and duty payable in the destination country.
Can I reorder the same thing later?
Yes. We keep your artwork and engraving setup on file, so a repeat order is a one-line email. We confirm the price at the time from the published list.
